Digital printing on ceramics
The digital printing technology was born in the 70’s; as the years go by the technology has developed and it has got in different professional and industrial sectors, including the setup of new printers for the decoration of ceramic tiles.
The main advantages compared to the traditional system are the higher resolution and quality, the higher productivity and the possibility to have an unlimited design variation, but also the possibility to get innovative products at reduced costs, faster and with the maximum flexibility.
While the traditional printing system requires a long and expensive process, with economic and energy waste, the digital printing adds value to the product, improving the impact of the production process.
